What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
We suggest you make reservations at least one month before the departure date. If you decide to travel China in May, September or October which is peak season, we recommend you make the reservations two months (at least one) before your departure date. Late reservations can not be guaranteed for the availability of domestic flights, hotel rooms, etc.
However, we DO accept late reservations, if your reservation is very late, we suggest you call us directly by telephone, we will try our best to help you arrange your tour.
How to plan my China trip with you?
1. Send us an inquiry by filling in one of our online forms. Tell us when to come, how many days, where you want to go, how many people, and any other information which is necessary for us to plan a perfect China tour for you.
2. After we receive your inquiry, one of our professional China travel consultants will email you and give you a proposal.
3. If you accept the proposal (you may modify it till you are satisfied with it), we will calculate the tour cost and send you the tour price. If you accept it, please confirm that you would like to book it.
4. You need to pay a deposit of USD50-150 per person to secure the booking and we will make all the reservation according to your tour itinerary immediately after we receive your deposit.

Do children get discounts?
It depends upon the age of your children:
1) Any child over the age of 12 is considered as an adult by the travel agency and hotel industry, thus will no longer get any discount.
2) Children who are under 12 years old can get 50% discount for the flight booking. For hotel booking, stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding, requirement for an extra bed will occur extra charge.
3) Children no more than 2 years old pay only 10% for the flight booking. Free baby cots for babies in the hotels.
What kinds of medicine do you think I should take?
Yes, we do suggest you take some common medicines with you, such as: the medicines for flu, sore throat, coughing, diarrhea, etc that you use at home.
If I can't walk properly, can you provide me with a wheelchair or do I need to have my own?
You¡¯d better have your own, though in some cities we do can provide you with a wheelchair that usually we rent from the hotels you are going to stay, we can not guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in all areas you are going to visit.

Note: ¢Å Try to make your check-in luggage light, because according to the regulation in China, the luggage allowance for the first class ticket holders is 40 kilos (88 pounds) per person, 30kg (66pounds) per person for business class ticket holders, 20 kilos (44 pounds) per person for economy class ticket holders (adults), and some of the airports are very strict.
¢Æ¡°Carry On¡± luggage for air travel in China is limited to 2 pieces for first class travelers and one piece for business and economy class travelers. The dimensions of each shall not exceed 20X40 X55cm and the total weight shall not exceed 5 kg. The carry on items in excess of the above mentioned piece, weight or dimension shall be checked-in as checked baggage according to regulations.
How can I make the complaints if I am not satisfied with some of the services during my tour?
Should you want to complain or claim for compensation whenever you are not satisfied with some of the services during your tour, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon your finish of your tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. Beijingimpression tour agency will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after you finish your tour.
