Hard Rock Café Beijing was established in Beijing in 1994, and was officially opened on 14 May by none other than the King of Blues himself, Mr B.B King. It was a historic moment in this ancient city where emperors ruled for thousands of years. Since then, Hard Rock Café has been a frontrunner in the music and entertainment scene of this city.

For the first time ever, local Chinese, long-term expats and international visitors are given an authentic taste of America in the Chinese capital. Even the stars can't give this place a miss! Hard Rock Café Beijing has played host to Yanni, David Copperfield, Julio Ilegsias, KC and the Sunshine Band, Mike Love and many more. 

Located at the heart of Beijing's embassy, hotel and entertainment district, the 1,700 square meters, 2-level restaurant has a seating capacity of 400. It is the largest Hard Rock Café in Asia. The facade is authentic rock' n' roll style with a 1960s Vintage Cadillac cruising above the entrance as well as the Hard Rock globe, symbolising the Hard Rock culture globe-trotting round the world. Nobody could miss the 8-meter tall neon guitar sitting in front of the café, adding a bright spot to the city. The Hard Rock lifestyle continues apace inside. Guests can choose to have their drinks at the giant guitar bar or dine under the 8-meter wide dome with it's hand painted pictures of rock' n' roll legends. Set against the stage are 3 stained glass panels, each 4 meters in height, with the Kings of Rock' n' Roll, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Chuck Berry, taking centre stage. Over 400 pieces of music memorabilia line the walls, keeping alive the music of a bygone age.

Hard Rock Café Beijing is still rocking as hard today as it did when it first opened over 1 years ago. It is a melting pot where people of all nationalities come together for good food, good music and a rocking good time.
