What is Taiji?
Taiji is the most mysterious and impressive art and exercise daily by millions of people around the world due to its health, relaxation, and self-defense benefits. Because of a health exercise, Taiji can improve balance, and lower blood pressure, and relaxation. Softness overcomes hardness is the soul of the Taiji.
The traditional Taiji Quan has the special functions of keeping fit, preventing and curing diseases, performing, self-defense and cultivating temperament.

What we can learn from Taiji class?
The class with last for 2hours, a local Taiji coach will accompany you all the time. Firstly, the coach will explain the brief introduction to the origin development, category and effection of Taiji. And then teacher will demonstrate how to performance the Taiji. After that, you can play Taiji follow the coach, and to experience the special charisma of Taiji

Hotel pick-up around 6:30 am .Upon arrival ,we will drive you to the temple of heaven-the largest park within 2 nd ring road in Beijing, there're approximately 5,000 people come to this park doing exercise every morning. Enjoy the private Taji Learning class first (be led by a private coach), the class will last for 1.5-2 hours. And then visit the temple. Finally, you will be driven back to your hotel.

1. you can book the tour on-line or by email to sales@beijingimpression.com . You are required to tell us which hotel you will stay at in Beijing .
2. You're kindly required to pay us the deposit (usually 30% of the total) in advance. Check the payment method here.
3. You will receive our confirmation email within two working days after we receive your deposit. Your reservation is done then.
4. Our tour guide will contact you the night before the tour to inform you the time to pick you up in the next morning, or, if you are not in the hotel, the guide will leave a message in your room to inform you the time to pick you up.
5. Pay the balance of the tour fee to your guide when meet in the hotel.
6. Enjoy your fabulous tour with your guide.
