perpetual and friendly relationship with all of our customers. This
Web site is offered to you, conditioned on your acceptance without
modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms
and conditions. |

Reservation:

1. Please send
your request via email to sales@beijingimpression.com /Beijingimpression@hotmail.com
or give us a call to 86-10-84467139/38 or any reservation of our tour
package or booking tickets or hotels. After receiving your reservation
request, one of our experienced travel agents will be assigned to
assist you in making a pleasant tour schedule that best suits your
interests. |

2. Once your
reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from
Beijingimpression.com, suggesting that the proposed hotel and tours.
Beijingimpression.com reserves the right to make changes and provide
you with the similar alternative options. |

3. You are required
to pay 30% of your total tour price to us in advance once you confirm
your tour reservation and full price when you confirm your flight/train
tickets or hotel reservation. |

Payment: |
| |
We provide on-line
payment. You can pay us through paypal by using your credit card.
Or, we can charge your credit card. Please click here for more details
on how to pay. |

Cancellation
Refunds: |
| |
You are required
to complete your tour once confirmed. However, if, for any reason,
you have to cancel your trip, Cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: |

1. No less than
30 days before your tour begins: USD40 |
| |
2. Within 30
to 21 days before your tour begins: USD80 |
| |
3. Within 20
to 7 days before your tour begins: USD140 |
| |
4. Within 6 to
3 days before your tour begins: 50% of the prepaid money. |
| |
5. within 2 to
o days before departure: 100% of the prepaid money. |
| |

Generally speaking,
your cancellation fee will be less or equal to the prepaid money.
Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund for unused services
due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours. |

Note:
If you have reserved the Yangtze River Cruise and you want
to cancel the tour, you¡¯d better notify us of your cancellation more
than 30 days prior to the date of the cruise. Otherwise, the prepaid
money will not be refunded. |

Alteration
of Itinerary: |
| |
You can alter
your itinerary at any time before your reservation has been processed.
However, if the alteration is made after the confirmation of the itinerary,
you will be charged $30 for each alternation request. |

Itinerary
Deviations: |
| |
Itinerary Deviations
to the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any
other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war,
fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure
all the visits and excursions will be similar. However, if it occurs,
Beijingimpression.com reserves the right to substitute the itinerary
upon the agreement of our clients. |

Responsibility: |

Beijingimpression.com
shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property
in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery
or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether
or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics,
quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities,
or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control.
Beijingimpression.com shall not be liable for any additional expenses
of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result
of any of the aforementioned causes.
Beijingimpression.com shall not be responsible for any wrongful or
negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated
by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels,
or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Beijingimpression.com.
Beijingimpression.com
is not responsible for the stolen and lost of valuable items of
tourists due to his/her negligence.
Beijingimpression.com
reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships,
to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.
If Beijingimpression.com cancelled any tour prior to the commencement
of the tour, Beijingimpression.com is liable for a full refund of
the money we have received
when undertaking
some risky activities, such as climbing onto/out of the boats and
up/down to the hills, entering the existing ancient tombs or caves,
and so on, you will receive advice and assistance from your guides.
Beijingimpression.com shall not be responsible for participants
not having exercised normal and customary caution, stayed with the
group, and/or heeded the advice and instructions of your tour guides.
Beijingimpression.com
reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions
in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. |

Complaints
and Claims: |
| |
If you are not
satisfied with our service, you shall notify your local tour guide
or your travel agent right away to avoid the potential similar problems
from happening again during your trip.
For any complaint or claim for compensation, you can inform us by
e-mail or fax within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts
and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.
Beijingimpression.com shall not be liable for any claims made later
than 15 days since the completion of you tour. |

Arbitration
Agreement: |

Any controversy
or claim relating the trip shall be settled solely and exclusively
in Beijing, China, based on the terms in English. |
