1. Q.: How do I locate my driver, vehicle or pick-up point? 
A.: On confirmation of your booking you will receive a voucher which will specify all these details, there will
also be a name and number for our local representative within your selected destination. 
2. Q.: I cannot find my driver, vehicle or pick-up point on arrival? 
A.: Our driver/guide will hold a board with your name on, waiting you at the exit of the airport. You will not miss
him/her. If unfortunately you do not see our driver/guide, you can call the emergency call, we will help you
ASAP. 
3. Q: Will the transfer be direct or stop en-route? 
A.: Private transfers provide a direct door to door service. 
4. Q: My flight is delayed what do I do? 
A: Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed. 
5. Q: Infants and children do we offer free and discounted rates? 
A: When booking a taxi or minibus children and infants count as a passenger and will take an adults place.
The airport transfer is charged according to the transfer type you choose, not related too much with whether the
guest is children or adults. 
6. Q: Can I bring luggage for 10 months although I'm just staying for a week? 
A: The above accommodation is listed based on regular luggage brought with you. If you will bring oversized
luggage, please let us know so that we can help you choose the suitable transfer type for you. 
7. Q: I want to cancel my booking, can I cancel? 
A:You can cancel your booking by e-mail to sales@beijingimpression.com or through phone 8610 5166 
0915/25 at least one working days before the tour. We will confirm the cancellation within two working days if 
we receive your cancellation letter or call. If you are not confirmed in the stated time, please call us timely. We
maybe do not receive your cancellation at all. 
8. Q: Can I amend details on my booking? 
A: You can amend details on your booking by send us e-mail or through phone 8610 5166 0915/25 at least
one working days before the tour. We will confirm the amendment and update your booking as soon as 
possible. 
9. Q: I'm traveling to a private property and not to a hotel or apartment, can you help? 
A: We can cater for any place within the specified resort/city, just please let us know the full address of the 
place you need to be dropped off. However, if the private property is located not within fourth ring road of 
Beijing, additional charge will be needed. 
10. Q: I decided to book a holiday at last minute and need a transfer? 
A: Normally, you are required to make your booking at least two working days before your tour. However, if you 
have to book a holiday at last minute, please call us to confirm the booking which is more convenient and 
timely. 
11. Q: Is it safe to book online? 
A: Yes, it is safe. We will never reveal your information to any third party.
