Sino-Russia Boundary People Mutual-marketing Trading Area was constructed in May 1992 by both Chinese and Russia governments. Its area is 157.06 square kilometers. The main functions include international trade, mass trade, financial insurance, information service, entertainment, sightseeing etc. Till the end of 2003, the trading area had received 3,600,000 visitors in and abroad.
