West Street, located in the very center of the Yangshuo County, is 517 meters long and 8 meters wide. The road is covered with marble, and boasts various buildings with strong ethnic flavor on both sides. It is the famous culture street in Yangshuo, Guilin.

There are numerous shops selling aircrafts, books, paintings, hostels, cafes, bars, etc. Chinese Kungfu Training School is also available. Among of them, over 20 shops are managed by foreigners. West Street gathers most foreigners of Yangshuo. That is why it gets the name "Foreign Street". And nearly all people in West Street can speak English, this street won another name "Global Village".
