Yangrou Paomo
A famous muslim dish of Xian. Yangrou means mutton, and Paomo means put the wheat flour flat bread into the soup. Break the wheat flour bread into pieces, mix into the mutton soup, and eat along with pickled garlic cloves, it helps with special tastes and flavor.

Liangpi
Liangpi is a kind of Chinese noodle which is made from wheat or rice flour. It is originated from Shaanxi and very popular in northern and central China. it was described by foreign travelers as a famous Xian dish of cold noodles in a sauce that hits every possible flavor category (sweet, tangy, savory, herbal and nutty etc).

Roujiamo
Roujiamo, meaning meat sandwich, is a famous local food in Xian. The meat, which was sliced into small pieces after it was stewed for hours in a special soup, will be mixed with coriander and mild peppers and stuffed into a Mo (a kind of steamed bun).

Bus 610, or tourist bus 8, is connecting the railway station, the Bell Tower, the Small Goose Pagoda and Xi'an museum, the Shaanxi provincial museum and the Big Goose Pagoda.
