Tour schedule:
Day 1: Arrive in Beijing
Our well-trained English-speaking tour guide & private car/van will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel, the rest of the day is free on your own.

Day 2: Tianan men Square-Forbidden City-Temple of Heaven-Summer Palace
Hotel pick-up at 8:30am. In the morning tour Tiananmen Square–the largest city square in the world and the Forbidden City which used to be the residence of the emperors of the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. Enjoy a Chinese lunch at a local restaurant. After having lunch, you will visit the Temple of Heaven where the emperors worshipped for a plentiful harvest and the Summer Palace- the greatest imperial garden in China. Be transferred back to your hotel afterward.

Day 3: Great Wall-Ding Tomb (Underground Palace)
Hotel pick-up at 8:30am, and drive to the Beijing Great Wall which is located 50 miles away from the city. Hike on the wall for 1-2 hours, then enjoy your lunch at a local Friendship restaurant. In the afternoon see the Ding Tomb which is the only one of the Ming Dynasty Tombs to have been excavated. We will provide transportation back to the hotel afterwards.

Note: We will take you to the Great Wall at Mutianyu, because it is considered the most beautiful part of the wall in Beijing and not as touristy as in Badaling. Yet, if you would like to visit Badaling or Juyongguan, please let us know in your email or in the reservation form. We may substitute it with the same cost.
Day 4: Hutong (also known as Rickshaw tour)-Lama Temple-Beijing Zoo (Panda House)
Hotel pick-up around 9:00am and drive to the Hutong. Take a Rickshaw tour and experience the real life of the Beijing local people. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. It is followed by Lama Temple tour. Lama Temple is one of the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world. Then visit the Beijing Zoo (Panda House). Transfer back to your hotel around 17:30.

Day 5: Depart Beijing
Hotel check-out & pick-up based on your departure time, be transferred to Beijing airport/railway station to catch your flight/train to your next destination.

A. There are more than 3 million vehicles in Beijing, and it is said that approximately 30,000 cars are sold every month, so heavy traffic is constant in the city (Rush Hours from 7:30-9:30 in the morning and 16:30-19:30 in the afternoon). We will try our best to tour according to the timetable, but we cannot guarantee that traffic will not delay our schedule. Our tour guide will notify you if a delay occurs.
B.There will be an extended amount of walking during this tour, therefore it is recommended that you wear sport shoes and clothes which are suitable for outdoor activities.
