Do most people smoke in the restaurant?
Yes and no. There is a new policy in China whereby most restaurants are supposed to have a non smoking section, just like the West. But sometimes it is not implemented. In fancier restaurants, probably. In smaller restaurants, probably not.
Remember, though, that people in China love to smoke.
