How to use IP dialing?
IP dialing uses Internet telephone to make phone calls at a fraction of the cost of using regular phone systems.The following is the method to make a call by using IP number 12593/17951.
To make an international call to the U.S. , dial 12593/17951 + 001 + area code + destination number .Sometimes when dialing 12593 or 17951, the IP phone line is busy. If so, please re-attempt again or later or dial directly without using the IP number (more expensive).
Note: 12593 only could be used in Beijing, 17951 is used to make international call while staying outside Beijing.
