Huanghuacheng (Yellow Flowers) Great Wall
The Huanghuacheng Great Wall was first built in the 7th year of Tianbao,
Beiqi Dynasty (557AD) and extensively repaired with bricks in Ming
Dynasty. The whole Great Wall lies on the precipitous mountain ridges.
It not only contains all kinds of ancient defensive works but also
boasts the peculiar Phoenix Fortress, Beiji Temple, the fortress of
steles.
Itinerary:
Ming Tomb- Huanghuacheng Great Wall- Mutianyu Great Wall one day tour
In the morning, we tour guide will pick you up at your hotel at about
8:30. The exact time is up to your preference.
Drive to the Ming Tomb-the burial ground for the emperor in the Ming
dynasty in private vehicle.
Then drive to Huanghuacheng Great Wall.
Hike for one hour.
Enjoy a local lunch.
In the afternoon, transfer to Mutianyu section (the most beautiful
section in Beijing).
Hike there for 1.5 hours.
Drive back to downtown Beijing at around 17:00.
