| Child Fare
|
-Children under 2 years of age traveling with their parents pay 10% of tour cost.
-Children aged between 2-7 pay 50% of full fare, children aged between 8-11 pay
75% of full fare, entitled to an extra bed in parents room
-Children at 12 years of age and over pay full fare. |

| Please note |
- Tour price does not include excess baggage and any personal expenses.
- All tours are conducted in English.
- Extra US$30 would be charged for one passenger's one way airport transfer.
- Extra US$15 p.p. would be charged for arrival/departure before/after the scheduled date.
- Costs during Grand Prix period (Shanghai) are subject to changes.
Entrance fees and domestic airfares are based on current rate.
Should there be major increases in 2007, we shall reserve our right to adjust them. |

| Reservation |
We require following information before reservation:
- Full names of all passengers with passport details
- Name of tour that passengers are to take
- Travel dates / room requirements
- Arrival/departure flight details
* Reservation will be confirmed within 48 working hours unless under special circumstances |

| Payment |
- Pre-payment is kindly required before tour departure date
- Under any special circumstances and a deposit is required, a deposit will apply accordingly. |

| Cancellation |
- 15 days before scheduled date of departure - no cancellation charge.
- Between 8-15 days - 5% of total tour cost.
- Between 2-7 days - 30% of total tour cost.
- Within 24hours - 50% of total tour cost plus tour expense of the first day.
- If a participant cancels while a tour is in progress, no refunds would be made for
unused portion of the tour. |
