The Pavillion Bar and restaurant was opened in December 2005 by Russell Probert who has been operating food and beverage venues in China since 1987. The bar was developed on the site of the old guards hut for the sports stadium and provides over 3500sqm of garden to enjoy a fine brew. The Pavillion is the first real gastro pub concept to enter the China market. Boasting a large selection of whiskey and a cigar bar as well as a glass wine cellar and a menu of upscale pub food, this hotspot is sure to please everyone.
