Yunnan cusine is known as a blend of many ethnic cusines. At In & Out you can sample delicacies from Bai, Dai, Naxi, and Wa cultures. The menu is quite long and varies from wandou fen (cold noodles made from peas) to jingpo guiji (chicken with Yunnan herbs) to fried potato balls to pineapple and rice. Though the options are infinate, the menu has pictures and waiters can recommend dishes. The establishment is colorful and warm and the waitstaff wear Naxi and Dai costumes. If you are lucky, you may be able to catch a Yunnan song and dance show.
