With a mix of Art Nouveau and Art Deco style, Brasserie FLO Beijing brings an authentic French atmosphere to China. Bronze sculptures created by acclaimed French artist E. Carlier adorn the dining room along with stained-glass windows, hand-crafted brass, wall paintings of Belle Epoque Era, and a small private 1900s-style dining room. A very fine selection of french wines and fresh Brittany oysters are available. In the great brasserie tradition, diners come early and late to savor the house specials, such as the stuffed mushroom with saute snail, the giant seafood platter, escargot, fish in all its forms-broiled, pan-fried or steamed-and the wicked homemade desserts. The venue has recieved rave reviews for its sauerkraut and goose liver.
