Situated right next to Jianwai SOHO New City, Die Kochmuetzen is a German Restaurant that prepares typical German food in an authentic atmosphere. The restaurant dining area is upstairs and there is a bar downstairs. They serve authentic dishes such as wienerschnitzel and as much hofbrauhaus beer as you can bare. The chef is a native of Hamburg, who spent many years working in German restaurants throughout China before establishing his own restaurant in Beijing.
