Jaan, located in the Raffles Hotel, is known for elegance, sophistocation and charm. Guests may dine in either the main dining area surrounded by high ceilings and oversized windows or on the patio in an urban garden setting complete with fireplace and waterfall. A private dining room is also available. The wine cellar allows guests to chose from a variety of bottled wine as well as over 40 wines and champagnes offered by the glass. The cusine is a refreshing blend of French and Californian dishes offered based on seasonal and specialty local items.
