The outdoor facade is decorated to resemble a cottage on the banks of the Rhine, complete with flowerpots under the front windows and strong angular wooden sidings. The interior maintains the traditional German theme and looks like any bakery you would find in Deutschland. On the main floor is a variety of breads, cakes, chocolate puddings, pies, and other baked goods. The establishment runs a cozy Cafe Constanz serving delicious German Constance coffee upstairs and offers food as well. Try a potato or sasuage dish, their specialty. The kind staff are competent in both English and German and are very helpful.
