Tour Itinerary
Day 1, Arrival
Upon arrival at the Beijing airport, you will be met by our tour guide & private car/van (She/he will hold a sign with your name on it in the terminal lobby) and take you to your hotel directly. The rest of the day is free on your own.

Day 2, Great Wall, Hutong
Hotel/apartment pick-up at 8:30am. Drive to the Great Wall at Mutianyu (around 77km / 48 miles northeast of Beijing city, approximately 1.5 hours drive). Explore the Great Wall for about 1-1.5 hour then have a Muslim lunch on the way back to the urban area.
Move on to visit the Beijing Hutong in the afternoon. Visit a local family, Shicha Lake, the Drum Tower and Bell Tower by rickshaw. We will provide transportation back to your hotel around 5:00pm.

Day 3, Tiananmen Sqaure, Forbidden City, Niujie Mosque, Summer Palace
Hotel/apartment pick-up at 8:30am. Drive to Tiananmen Square and stroll around while learning some of China's history. Enter the Forbidden City, which used to be the residence for the Emperors (24 emperors total) in the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. It occupies 72 hectares (180 acres) and takes 2-2.5 hours to tour. Go on to visit the Niujie Mosque- the largest and oldest mosque in Beijing. It is said that most of the residents who live in Niujie are Muslims. Enjoy a Muslim lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the Summer Palace, a well-known masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. Appreciate the fantastic scenery of the gardens for about an hour. Transportation back to your hotel about 5:00pm.

Day 4, Departure
Hotel pick-up and transfer to the airport for your next destination. Our guide will help you with the check-in process; she/he will not leave until they see you off to the security check.
Note: We will take you to the Mutianyu Great wall because it is considered the most beautiful part of the wall in Beijing and not as touristy as Badaling. Yet, if you'd like to visit Badaling or Juyongguan, please let us know in your email or in the reservation form. We may substitute it with the same cost.
If you prefer to visit the Dongsi Mosque (the headquarters of the Beijing branch of the China Islamic Association) to the Niujie Mosque, please feel free to let us know when you book the tour.

Kind Notice
A. Please dress appropriately. It is recommended that you wear pants and sleeved shirts when you visit the mosque. This shows respect for Muslims and their religion.
B. No smoking during the visit to the Mosque.
C. Visitors are permitted to take photos in Niujie Mosque.
D. Please do not touch sacred articles, Buddhist Sculptures, religious devices etc. in mosques.
E. Sneakers and sportswear are recommended during the tour for the extended amount of walking we will do.
