Tour Itinerary
Hotel/apartment pick-up at 8:00am by our tour guide & private car/van. Transfer to the well-known Forbidden City - which used to be the residence for the Emperors (24 emperors total) in the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. The City complex takes about 2.5 hours to tour. Then drive to the largest and oldest mosque of Beijing– the Niujie Mosque. After visiting the mosque, you will have lunch in a Muslim restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will travel to the Great Wall at Mutianyu (73 km /46 mile) which is the most beautiful section of the wall in Beijing. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive there and we will explore the wall for 1-1.5 hours. We will provide transportation back to your hotel at about 5:30pm.

Note: We will take you to the Mutianyu Great wall, because it is considered the most beautiful part of the wall in Beijing and not as touristy as Badaling. Yet, if you would like to visit Badaling or Juyongguan, please let us know in your email or in the reservation form. We may substitute it with the same cost.
If you prefer to visit the Dongsi Mosque (the headquarters of the Beijing branch of the China Islamic Association) to the Niujie Mosque, please feel free to let us know when you book the tour.

Kind notice for visiting Niujie Mosque:
A. Please dress appropriately. Wear clothing appropriate to visit the mosque (Pants, sleeved shirts). This indicates a respect for Muslims and their religion.
B. Please do not touch sacred articles, Buddhist Sculptures, religious devices etc.
C. No smoking during the visit to the mosque.
D. Visitors are permitted to take photos in the Niujie Mosque.
