Ticket
A ticket is the document issued by or on behalf of the Carrier and constitutes the contract of carriage between the carrier and the passenger. A passenger may decide which Kind of ticket to buy according to his/her needs. Ticket includes passenger ticket and extra ticket. There are two types of passenger ticket: soft seat ticket and hard seat ticket. The extra ticket is divided into fast extra ticket, sleeper ticket and air-conditioning ticket.
Child ticket
A child companied by adult(s), who is 1.1 to 1.4 meter tall, can buy a passenger ticket, fast extra ticket or air-conditioning ticket at half price (hereinafter called child ticket). A child taller than 1.4 meter shall buy a ticket at full price. A adult passenger is entitled to accompany only one child less than 1.1 meter tall for free.
Air-conditioning ticket
A passenger, tend to take an air-conditioning train, should buy the according passenger ticket or air-conditioning train ticket. If a passenger takes both air-conditioning train and common train on the whole journey, he/she can buy a common ticket for the whole journey then pay the margin price of the according section between the air-conditioning ticket and the common ticket.
Platform ticket
People, who want to see off their friends on the platform, should buy a platform ticket. The platform can be used once that day only.
Group ticket
Group passengers mean that more than 20 people buy tickets together and the tickets have the same take-on date, train and arrival stop.
Carry-on articles
Passengers take care of their carry-on articles by themselves. The weight and dimension of the carry-on article that each passenger is entitled to take is as follows: child (child free of ticket included): 10kg , diplomat: 35kg , other passenger: 20kg . The sum of the height, length and width of each article should not exceed 160cm , 200cm for column article. The weight should not exceed 20kg . Foldable wheelchair can be carried for free.
Articles forbidden to carry-on
• Articles forbidden or limited to transform by law
• Dangerous articles, ammunition and chemical products that the carrier be not able to ascertain the kind.
• Animals or articles which can affluence the public health(including some foul smell)
• Article which can damage or pollute vehicle.
• Article whose weight and dimension are not in conformity with the regulation.
Carry-on articles with limited quantity
• 5 gas lighter; 20 safety match
• No more than 20 millilitre nail polish, delusterant or hair dye. No more than 100 millilitre ethyl alcohol, cold wave lotion. No more than 600 millilitre Styling mousse, fixture, pesticide and air freshening preparation. |
